Showed me the ceilings in Hallway, bathroom and bedroom where was just recently over the weekend sprayed again. Work was done nice and no more issues at this time, will move to close out this case
08/23/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Arrived on site and met with owner of the apartment and tenant who was also at the apartment. Showed me to the kitchen area where the light panels were cleaned and clear move to Abate that violation. Then moved to the hallway where I found new sheetrock texture and paint was all done throughout the hallway area abated. Then showed me into bathroom area where again new sheetrock was installed texture and paint. Was finishing putting up the vent to the exhaust fan which was also operational. Moved into the bedroom area where I've also found section was cut out new sheetrock texture however unclear if it was painted what will move to paint again and let me know later on during the week as to when that will be done. Cooler speed and no difference between high and low at this time. Owner is on site and working on the situation however not an issue with the City of Tucson because the cooler is blowing out cold air in every room that is vented. Will follow up one more time to make sure that bedroom did get paint on the ceiling

07/30/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved VISITED SITE WITH INSPECTOR VINDIOLA, MET WITH OWNER AND OCCUPANTS MOTHER AT THE UNIT WHO ALLOWED ENTRY. DID FIND THE HALLWAY, CORNER IN THE S/WBEDRM AND AROUND THE SKYLIGHT IN THE BATHROOM HAD WATER LEAKS. OWNER STATED THE ROOF WAS JUST REDONE A YEAR AGO. ASKED HE MAKE REPAIRS TO THE CEILING BUT TO CHECK THE ROOF FIRST. AND IN THE KITCHEN THE DROPPED CEILING THAT WAS A CLEAR PLEXAGLASS WAS SHOWING THE DEAD BUGS AND OWNER STATED HE WOULD CLEAN THE DROPPED CEILING AREA BECAUSE HE DID'NT WANT ANY DAMAGE TO THE CEILING.
