02/04/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Arrived on site as a follow up for R. Hollander as he is out today and court is tomorrow. Met with tenants who showed me into the business. Showed me shower, still there. Showed me into each massage room and did not see any cables running to ceilings. Did see extension chords by washing machine and dryer all in use. Extension chords in rear shed. Rear shed still standing and in use for workers as a break room. Will prepare photos for Laurie
10/30/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Spoke with different tenant employee. Explained that owner has not returned call or emails and a permit is needed.
08/27/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved A electrical contractor called that he has been hired and will be finishing the work. The other contractor has not started or did any of the work that was being required to be repaired. Did go over that the permit is required and should try and get the permit. He check into getting the permit. Did go over that the next inspection will be on 9-5-18 and will call to check on the status. RV.
