10/24/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved House is vacant and secured. Nothing has been done on the cleaning of the property. The placards have been removed that were on the garage door. Will check if the interior has been cleared. RV.
07/23/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The owner has died on site. The investigation has been completed and communication has called that T.P.D. ready for securing the property. Arrived and the units were starting to clear the site and some of the agents were going to remain on site until the property is secured. Are not able to enter the interior of the house due to the amount of chemicals that were in the house purducing drugs. Several agency were on site with the investigation and the exterior has posted by D.E.A. of injury to the body if the house has entry with out protection. Did do a posting of Do Not Enter on the garage door next to the sign posted by D.E.A. Did do the N.O.V. and the N.O.V. to Vacate next to all the other signage. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the property secured due to not able to find someone to have the property secured. All windows and doors screwed shut at the windows or the security bars. All the agents stay on site until the work was completed. RV.
