Arrived on site as a follow up for Mr Hollander, Met with tenant who stated he has been there for 2 years. He understood they have court at 9:00 am as I showed him the Court Notes. He states they worked on the property. I found no issues on both curb areas clean and clear. Found front yard clean, did have a table in chairs in front yard non issue. Checked side yard over a 6ft wood fence and found no issues there either. Will give Photos to Laurie P as evidence. |
