Visited site and met with tenant. Rook shows evidence of leakage around the cooler down housing and there are stains elsewhere. Rafters have been spliced. Open ceiling exposing electric wireing. Exterior coverings broken and not attached to structure causing leakage to interior walls. Termite damage in wood frames. Grounded receptacles on non-grounded circuits. Missing smoke detector in sleeping room. |
