07/12/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Received an E-mail that the Ward 5 office is getting calls that the fence is down on the property. Did go to the site and the house is vacant and secured. The chain link loose fabric is pulled away from the building and able to walk in. This was blocking the front entrance. There is no one on the property at this time but did observe people next door in the shade of the canopy's of the building next door. Not able to get a hold of the listed owner of the property and called for a fence to be installed on front and rear of the property. Called Biff Baker Fence to the property to have the property secured. While on site doing the fence, Dave Koss and Frank Ulloa from real estate from transportation claimed that the City of Tucson owns the property and that the building will be knocked down in 45 days. They were going to call off the fence and than stated to leave the fence with gates. Did leave gates in the front and the rear and they have the keys to the locks going to use.
