03/04/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved No one home and was able to look around the property and still has the dead trees and one has fallen on the front area on the side of the house. Has trash and debris through out the property with still having some of the storage of lumber in the rear of the house. Took pictures and have court 3-9-21 at 9:00 AM.
11/06/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved No one home and was able to check the property from the sidewalk areas outside the fenced area. The dead trees still on the property and have not been cut. The property still has trash and debris, dried out vegetation, the lumber still in the rear yard area scattered and the alley has been cleaned due to the utility contractor has done work in the alley and cleaned the area at this time. The permit for the roof being added to the existing roof has not been applied for at this time in Permits Plus. No other work has been done to the roof being added. Has a court hearing on 11-10-2020 at 9:00 AM. RV.
08/29/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the property for another case and will be doing the citation. Still has the trash and debris, tall grass and weeds, dead trees and cactus, has piles of construction material on the property, storage and has a new wood framed roof over the existing and still with out a permit. Took pictures for the citation. Will do citation. RV.
