Found a water heater leaking on the bottom, a new gas furnace, shower valves leaking, toilet handle loose and not flushing properly, bedroom closet doors off track, smoke detectors not working or missing, exhaust fan has been removed and lacking the grill to cover the opening, GFCI lacking in the kitchen area, pocket door in living room off track, rats, roaches, and bed bugs. Has no management on site and was sent to the apartment complex next door. Did talk to the manager and they have taken over the building next door and this building. They have been on the property for a month. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
