Arrived on site and met with mananger, they gave me the key to the unit. I checked the unit and found it to be clean and cleared out. Hallway doors operated normal, tub spot was fixed and tact strips on carpet nailed down no issues, will move to close out this case |

Arrived on site and spoke to management. States all items were done tub was repaired, doors in the hallway we're also taking care of, tack strips on carpet were knocked down and after tenants vacated the property on July 21st the unit was sprayed. Will return to entered into the apartment as well as bring notes from last inspection for the manager |
