States tact strips for carpet are poking thru by living room/dinning room area and entrance to 2 bedrooms. Closet door in hallway coming off track and bathtub was rough along back end of the tub. Showed me a glue trap with a small roach under the sink. I then made contact with mananger and maint man. Explained to them the isssues and they understood and would start a work order for this issues and I will follow up in 10 days. The complex has a contractor for pest control that comes in every Tuesday but tenants has to get on the list to have their unit sprayed. Went back and explained what management was going to do and they had to ge on the list for treatment. I advised them I would return in 10 days for follow up |
