Entered by VIDAL - Was advised that on notice to be ready to being available to go to the property to start cleaning the property. At 12:30 was told to go to the property due to they will be starting to clean and remove the items from the property. The Brush and Bulky has 2-crews on site removing the tires and the other removing the trash and debris. Did start to remove the tents by knocking the tents down and someone was coming to fold the tents up for the storage containers. Did have some vehicles on the property and were trying to find the owner of the vehicles. The management was on site and was going over on what they wanted to keep to be kept for storage. Did have one tent that was going to be left alone due to has feces on the floor, bed and on the sides of the tent. Nothing on that tent was going to be saved and will be completely trashed at the end of the removal. Was given orders to have Garys Towing to come to the property to have a camper truck removed by the tracks on the southeast side of the property and a station wagon on the southwest side of the property remove and placed in storage. Was given the order to call Biff Baker Fence to have the fence installed due to the owner not able to install the fence around the property to have the area secured. Will only be doing the east side of the property and the south side of the property due to access and will be doing the east side of the property tomorrow due to the tires are blocking access for the fence and will not be moved by today. Was given the order to have the metal container removed and called Garys Towing and they stated that they can move the metal container. Garys Towing was called to come to the site to have the metal container removed from the property and placed at the landfill for storage until some let the City of Tucson know what is going to be done with the metal container. Did have to remove some of the fence panel to allow the truck to get close to the container. Once the container was removed, Did have to replace the fence panels back into place to have the property secured. The work was stopped and the Brush and Bulky crews pack up and left. 2-light tower were brought to the site and the security guards were advised on how to turn on the towers when needed. Did lock the gates when leaving the site and gave the keys to the security guards in case they needed to enter the property. RV. |

Entered by VIDAL - Arrived and the gates were opened. Did remove some fence panels to allow the vehicles to come and go into the property. Did start knocking down the tents and making trash piles. The owner of the Van did show up to the property and did remove the vehicle from inside the fenced area. The fenced was opened to allow the Van to be removed and than was closed to have the area secured. The tent that has feces on the bed and the floor was left alone and was all trashed up with the loader and dumped on the trucks. The tires were removed and the fencing was installed on the east side by Biff Baker Fencing. So all the tires were removed to a county facility that takes tires for recycle. The tents and the poles and supports were placed in a 40 yarder and taken to the landfill for storage if the are going to keep them. Some other items were taken to the area for storage in the same dumpster. Did have a Tiny house in the middle of the property and had someone to take the Tiny house. Was advised that he is unable to remove the Tiny house and was taken to the landfill for storage by Frontier Towing. Did have sharpies and some medical items and they were tossed in the trucks hauling the trash and debris to the landfill for disposal due to was approved by the safety officer Becca. Once the tires were removed, call Biff Baker Fence to have the fence panels installed on the east side of the property next to the tracks. They were not installed to the Union Pacific fence and was placed approx. 5' away into the property away from the tracks. The property was left to dirt, the light towers were removed and the gates were locked. Once the gates were locked the security was advised that all has been removed from the property and they could leave. RV. |
