07/02/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Fire call out. Arrived on scene and TFD had allready left. Met with managment. Unit 115 had smoke in a fan coil.
TFD secured electric at the fan coil.

My findings are as follow:
>There was no damage to the interior. The exteroir window was broken for access.
>The electric panels were not correctly identified as to circuits served. I could not find the electric panel controling the fan coil for this unit.
>I met with the Managment and issued NOV's for permits and emergency abatement.
>Managment took responsibility for the board-up and signed the indemnification form.
>Unit was posted unsafe to occupy.
