Made contact at front office who explain to me he was one of 12 units that had a similar episode. Pro-west the roofers out of Phoenix who did the roofing job 2 years ago we're here on July 2nd and did a temporary patch. Pro-west is on site today and has already treated the roof again to all 12 units to include for 406. Maintenance man will start work on fixing the sheetrock holes inside the unit to include unit-406. will follow up in 10 days with office and maintenance crew |
