Arrived on site and knocked on door however no answer did not see any trench work in the front of the property will try to make a phone call to owner. Called and spoke to owner States tenants have moved out and no longer live at the apartment. States tenants were controversial towards the end of their time at the apartment but now are gone. Said he did have some work that was done but did not verify as the gates were lock |
