Arrived on site and knocked on door however no answer. Found weeds and grass in front yard and in backyard all over 6 in. Found one dead Pine Tree in backyard. Weeds and grass along rear wall alley. Gates were unlocked 2 Ali Gates and side door to backyard. Was able to chain and lock rear gate in Ellie and put padlocks on latches to pull fence in rear. Contacted property owner via phone and advised him what I was doing he was okay with me walking up the fence and the pool as he is not living there as of yet. Will make contact with him via phone again tomorrow and move forward with a notice of violation. |
