T.P.D. called that they are on site with hazardous electrical. Arrived and the units were still on site. The call was for extension cords going over the fence to get power. Did not find extension cords due to have been disconnected and thrown over the fence. T.P.D. did talk to the owner from next door and they have found the extension cords connected to outlets a few times and did not give permission to be connected. Did find out that the power was removed by T.E.P. on 6-18-18 for lack of payment. The meter was being tampered with and the red tag has been cut. Did call T.E.P. to have the wires cut at the pole due to the pole where the electrical panel was mounted was leaning and has been like that for some time. T.E.P. secured the pole in August of 2017 and nothing has been done since the securement. The meter was removed due to the tampering of cutting the tag. The daughter of the owner was taken to jail on several warrants and found a male inside and was asked to leave due to has no relationship to the owner. The daughter stated that she locked the house but did find opened windows and the front door was not locked. T.P.D. did find stolen items and were calling Detectives to the site. I had did the posting of the N.O.V. and the N.O.V. to Vacate and the Do Not Enter on the front window. I was going to leave the site and when the investigation was completed was going to be called to secure the site. RV. |
