07/02/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved AFTER RECEIVING A CALL FROM OWNER AT 451 N GRANADA, ASKING I INSPECT HER PROPERTY DUE TO OWNER AT 405 CLOSING OFF THE WEEP HOLES IN HER WALL THAT WERE PROVIDED FOR FLOOD PUPOSES AND ASKED FOR BY DSD WHEN SHE WAS REQUIRED TO BUILD THE WALL.
I MET WITH JIM CAMPBELL AT 405 N GRANADA AND MR CAMPBELL ADMITTED TO FILLING IN THE WEEP HOLES DUE TO TWO OF THE CASISTAS ON THE PROPERTY HAVING BASEMENTS FLOOD DURING THE MONSOONS. MR CAMPBELL ALSO FELT THE OWNER AT 451 DID ADDITIONAL GRADING ON HER PROPERTY. MY INSPECTION OF THE 451 N GRANADA PROVIDED NO PROOF OF ADDITIONAL GRADING, I ONLY FOUND WEEP HOLES WERE AT GROUND LEVEL WHERE THEY SHOULD BE.
06/28/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved SPOKE TO DAVE ROBERTS WHO STATED HE WAS NOT FAMILIAR WITH DRAINAGE IN THE AREA. DAVE ASKED I CONTACT JOHN VAN WINKLE OR JUST SEND AN EMAIL
