Communication called that T.P.D. on site with hazardous electric on the property. Arrived and the units were still on site. The call was for electrical being removed and was on when T.P.D. arrived. They found the electrical where wires have been added and breakers not secured properly. Did find where work is being done on the house and rooms being inside the house. Plumbing work is being added and adding bathrooms. Did find where the electrical has been moved around and adding wires for added panel inside the house in different areas. The meter was removed by T.E.P. and the wires cut at the pole. The gas meter has been pinned by SWG. No water in the house but did find a hose bibb with water and the pipe has been added. Did talk to the owner and let him know that the electrical was going to be removed and will need to find a place to stay. The owner was refusing to leave and was removed by T.P.D. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window and on the plywood that covered one of the doors. Did do the posting of the N.O.V.'s on the plywood due to the owner has been taken away by T.P.D. RV. |
