Met with the managers and check the bathrooms and did find a hook on the sprinkler head in the mens bathroom. The hook was removed and nothing found in the womens bathroom. They did have the rear exit doors blocked to move some lockers out from the break room to have some new lockers brought into the break room. Once the move was made the old lockers were removed from the area. At this time the doors are not blocked. At this time saw no other violation and the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
