NOV WAS NOT REQUIRED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
07/19/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved VISITED SITE, MET WITH OWNER, WALKED THE PROPERTY EXPLAINING THE GRASS. WEEDS, TRASH AND DEBRIS SITUATION. BRIAN STATED HE JUST HAD A DUMPSTER REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY, HE HAD JUST REMOVED A 40 YARDER. I EXPLAINED I COULD TELL WORK WAS DONE BUT STATED I WOULD STILL BE ISSUING A NOV FOR THE PILES TO BE REMOVED. DEAD VEGETATION REMOVED, AND TALKED ABOUT THE TRAILER THAT BRIAN SAID WAS LEFT BY A TENANT. BRIAN STATED HE HAS HAD TROUBLE TRYING TO GET IT REMOVED. NOV TO FOLLOW.
