Arrived on site and tried to make contact with manager who was not at the office and office was locked . Called and spoke to the tenant who stated he had been working with apartment manager and maintenance already and they have ordered the part and is waiting for them to install it. Was satisfied with his cooperation with management at this time and wants to close out this case. Will move to close out this case at this time |
