| 07/26/2018 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Arrived on-site for follow-up to this property. Knocked on door however no answer. Called owner and left a message. Contact the neighbor who stated someone does live there does not know if it is the owner or not but someone definitely lives there. Found property conditions have been unchanged weeds and grass long from Curb front yard side yard. And tree branches overhanging the sidewalk. Received a call back from the owner while I was still at the property. States he is at work but did acknowledge he did receive the notice of violation and is trying to secure landscapers to do the work. Has already met with one landscaper however did not like the price and is trying to secure another. Told him I would follow up in the second week of August giving them 10 more days. Owner is hoping the work should be done by that time will follow up |
