Met with the management and they have no open trenches. Did find where they have started to dig and the management is stating that they are for water lines to water the plants on the side next to the property line. It will be the main line for a drip system. Did find where a meter base cover has been removed and covered with tape. The management will have that done today and the cover is in the area that belongs on the meter base. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
