Arrived on site and knocked on door however no one answered, door was secured. Property look to be vacant. Large piles of debris in front yard and under carport. Called number on work order and was able to speak with the owner who stated he understands and they are working on removing all the trash and debris. States already has a notice from the city. Researched showed and spoke to inspector this is a work in progress, Did not see any squaters and neither did the 1st inspector on the property couple of weeks earlier. Will move to close out this case. |
