The electrical was turned back on at the electrical panel in the unit and did check the room and bathroom against the unit that burned. No water was found on the floor with carpet. Did have smoke in the unit and smelled like smoke. The tenants were going to leave the unit and leave some fans on to blow the smoke out of the unit. This unit will be able to stay occupied at this time. The tenant was advised to check the areas check today tomorrow to check if they are wet. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
