Had a fire in unit #34 and the electrical was turned off. The unit did get smoke into the unit and the unit was check for damage and found none. The electrical was turned back on and everything was working. The tenants were going to leave for awhile to let the smoke go out the windows. The tenants will be able to occupy the unit. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV |
