Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a vacant and unsecured house. Arrived and the units were still on site and had an arrest due to someone was found in the house. They did have 2-other people being held due to were in a car and were waiting for the other person in the house. The house has a broken sliding glass door and other windows not able to get to due to of the almount of storage in the house. The owner is in Missouri due to the death of his parent. Not able to make contact with the owner and called Arcaiden Industries to the property to have it secured. The electrical meter was blanked due to the amount of added panels for machinary that is in the rear of the house of a added room. There are no clear paths to the doors and windows of the house and will be condemned. Did the posting of Do Not Enter on the rear gate once it was secured and the front of the house on the front window. Did do a posting of the N.O.V. to Vacate on the front window. T.P.D. has been on site several times for the same issues of people getting into the house. All the openings were secured by screwes on the windows or doors or plywood covering the openings. Will do N.O.V. for the other issues of the hoarding in the house and the rear yard of trash and debris and the amount of storage. RV. |
