VISITED SITE, MET WITH MANAGER BEFORE INSPECTING THE UNIT. MANAGER STATED THE A/C REPAIRS WERE BEING CORRECTED AS WE SPOKE, AND THE PATCH IN THE BATHROOM WAS STARTED AS WELL. MAINTANENCE STOPPED THE PATCH WORK TO ALLOW .A/C PERSON TO COMPLETE HIS REPAIRS FIRST. TENNANTS DO HAVE PORTABLE A/C UNIT N THE APARTMENT PROVIDED BY MANAGEMENT. BUSINESS CARD WAS GIVEN TO THE TENANTS SHOULD SOMETHING GO TERRABLY WRONG.WORK IN PROGRESS. NO VIOLATION. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
