The fire was at the north end of the property labled as 234 W. Ventura St. The electrical has already been cut at the pole and the gas has been removed at the meters already to all the units. The units were all vacant and some are unsecured. The unit that burned will be secured with plywood. The property has a new owner and has a Phoenix P.O. Box and not able to make contact. Some of the fence panels have been removed to get into the property to fight the fire. The fire did get in the roof kept re-starting. The fire stayed in the rear unit that is detached from the front units. This property has been re-secured several times due to the property keeps being breeched. Did find other units unsecured and those will be secured at the same time. Called Biff Baker Fence for the fencing and Arcaiden Industries for the plywood of the doors and windows through out the units through out the property. Some of the openings were able to re-use the plywood due to finding the plywood on the property. RV.
