DURING THE CURRENT VISIT OCCUPANTS DID NOT WANT TO VACATE THE PROPERTY BUT DID AFTER A BRIEF TIME FRAME, MOVING THE RV JUST ACROSS THE STREET. THE RV WAS CONNECTED WITH A NON APPROVED OUTDOOR CORD TO THE ELECTRICL SERVICE.
ENTRY WAS ALLOWED. HEAVY ROOF DAMAGE THROUGHOUT INDICATING MAJOR ROOF DAMAGE. HOME POSSIBLY BUILT BETWEEN 50'S TO 60'S. CEILING POP CORN HANGING WHICH COULD CAUSE ASBESTOS EXPOSURE.
POSTED DO NOT ENTER PLACARD ON THE FRONT WINDOW.
CONTACTED TEP FOR A POWER KILL AT THE POLE SINCE THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THE PANEL IN THE SIDE YARD AREA. WAS DETERMINED THAT IT WAS IN THE BEST INTEREST FOR SAFETY THAT POWER BE DISCONNECTED DUE TO ILLEGAL RV CONNECTION AND EXTENT OF FULL REHAB OF THE INTERIOR OF THE UNIT.
