05/22/2018 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | Supervisor Martin Romero called that T.P.D. on site with a back up sewer. Arrived and the units still on site and does have a open clean out with water coming out of the clean out. The overflow has gone to the neighbors property and also has called in the issued. No manager on site and did receive phone numbers to call to check on getting a plumber. In talking to the neighbor, this has been happening since Sunday. Did make contact with a Mark Gardner and advised that he is calling the property manager Arizona First Realty. While on site the line waas being used more and found another clean out that was pushing solids out the opening due to it also had no cap. Did turn the water off at the meter at the rear of the property. While waiting for the manager to call, a plumber showed. The plumber was Deans Plumbing. The plumber was able to snake the line and unplug the line and was working. He did check the other openings and the line was working. The plumber was going to the Home Depot to get the lime and clorox. Did ask that some caps be brought to over the openings on the clean out to cover the openings and the plumber would get them. The plumber would clean up the trash and debris from the clean out that overflowed. |
