Met with the tenant and went ove the issues in the unit. There is no management on site and the office is closed. Did find the counter top loose near the stove, the cabinets fronts are missing or loose in the kitchen or the bathroom, the water heater is lacking a cover plated to cover the wiring, the water heater is leaking and smells, the wall behind the toilet is peeling due to getting wet, the closet doors missing, the light fixture loose in the closet, getting shocked at time by the stove, refrigerator gasket loose at bottom of door, tile patch is not done proper and not sealed at joints, lacking globe in the closet and will meet with the management. Did call the phone numbers and they are not working or a person has sold the complex. RV. |
