AS FOLLOWS: >E/S HAD WORKERS ON SITE REMOVING DEBRIS >E/S PROVIDE GARBAGE TRUCKS AND 40 YARD ROLL OFFS TO REMOVE DEBRIS AND TIRES. >C/E WAS ONSITE TO BEGIN COLLAPSING TENTS. >C/E CALLED FOR TOWING TO REMOVE VEHICLES >C/E CALLED FOR 53 FT STORAGE UNIT TO BE REMOVED AND TINY HOUSE TO BE REMOVED. >C/E CALLED BIFF BAKER TO HAVE THE PROPERTY FENCED. >E/S CONTACTED SECURITY TO STAY ONSITE OVERNOGHT. >E/S CALLED TO HAVE LIGHTS PLACED ON THE PROPERTY WORK BEGAN ON 11/19 AND CAMP WAS COMPLETELY REMOVED BY 11/20/2018. PROPERTY REMAINED FENCED AND GATES LOCKED. FENCING WAS POSTED "KEEP VACANT" APPROX EVERY 16 FEET. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |

Nothing has been done to have the property vacated or any movement on the property being vacated. Did take pictures from the exterior of the property and did talk to several people walking around the camp and who were volunteering on the camp. T.P.D. was on site on the interior of the camp at the time of the inspection. RV. | |

Did take pictures of the east side of the property and while taking the pictures, was met with the security personal. Did go over that was ordered to take pictures of the vehicles outside the boundries of the camp and not going inside the camp. Was allowed to complete the taking of the pictures and gave cards to the security guards. Once done with the pictures left the site. RV. | |

The extension cords are still in place and appears that more extension cords are being used at this time, the wall of tires is still in place except where they have been moved on the east side of the property next to the railroad tracks, more tents have been added on the south side of the property. Has one new large Army tent and 4 or 5 new small tents next to the metal container on the south side. The property is still cleaned but does have more storage of wood pallets and fire wood on the east side of the property and where the barrel that burns at night. T.P.D. on site checking the area and T.F.D. on site doing a medical and someone was transported by T.F.D. Did have people bringing items that are needed on the property. RV. | |
| 08/06/2018 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | VISITED SITE WITH INSPECTOR VIDAL. WE WERE ASKED TO INSPECT THE PROPERTY FROM THE OUTSIDE PERIMETER PER TPD. TPD INSPECTED THE PROPERTY FROM THE INSIDE. FINDINGS ARE AS FOLLOWS: >GENERATOR REMAINS RUNNING, MOVED TO THE INTERIOR OF THE CAMP. >ELECTRICAL CORDS STILL PROVIDE POWER TO THE TENTS AND POWERED BY THE GENERATOR. > TENTS REMAIN ON THE PROPERTY, ONE LARGETENT AN DVARIOUS SMALL TENTS HAVE BEEN ADDED. > TIRE WALLS STILL SURROUND THE CAMP, EAST WALL PARTIALLY REMOVED. >FOR THE MOST PART THE CAMP IS CLEAN ESPECIALLY AROUND THE EXTERIOR. INTERIOR ALSO CLEAN BUT SOME DEBRIS HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE EAST SIDE OF THE CAMP. (PLYWOOD, PALLETS, BOXES, BIKES, MATTRESSES, ETC) >FOUR PORTA POTTIES REMAIN ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE CAMP AT N/W CORNER. >DUMPSTER REMAINS ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE CAMP. > BASICALLY NO CHANGES. |
