Received a call that the ramada that was built on the property has no permit and that the water drains off the roof into his property. I did check the records of the site plan and that ramada that is being questioned is not on the site plan. Did call the owner of the property and let him know that the complaint came in again and need to show proof that the ramada was approved when the house was built. The owner will go and get the permit for the ramada. Will do the N.O.V. RV. |
