T.P.D. called that they are on site with a vacant house and has no utilities and the house is unsecured. They are getting calls of people in the house. Arrived and the units still on site and the house has been cleared. Not able to make contact with the owner but was able to find where she is staying. Found opened casement windows in the front and rear of the house. The rear door had plywood and that has been pulled off. Did find a window with a broken pane and was able to open the vent to gain entry into the house. The interior of the house has trash and debirs through out and has been ran sacked through all the cabinets and the closets. When calling the owner, they would not get her or disturb her due to she was asleep. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the house secured. Did resecure the rear door and than added another sheet over the existing plywood due to they have pulled down that sheet several times. Did place a plywood over the window that had the broken pane due to able to open the vent by opening the locking device. Screwed 20 vents of the casement windows with a screw in the middle of the vent. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window and the rear window. Did place a chain and lock on the rear gate due to they keep opening the latch on the gate. RV. |
