Was lacking smoke detectors and found the where the dryer has been place in the kitchen area and has the flex duct going out the window in the rear of the house and temporary connected with wire to keep in place. PARTS OF WOOD FRAMING ARE CRACKED THROUGH, AC COOLING UNIT ADDED W/OUT PERMITS, EXPOSED ELECTRICAL WIRES, HOLE IN WALL, FAN IN KITCHEN HAS A HOLE AT THE BASE OF THE CEILING FAN., EXTERIOR LIGHT FIXTURE ON OUTSIDE OF RENTAL HAVE EXPOSED WIRING. CONTACTED OWNER AND WALKED HIM THOUGH THE ENTIRE RENTAL AND POINTED OUT EACH ITEM THAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED UNDER PERMIT WITH A CONTRACTOR. FU IN 5 DAYS
