Arrived on site and was met with tenant and her boyfriend. She showed me into the interior, where her first had concerns in the kitchen with Outlets over the stove top and no GFC next to the sink. In bathroom there was no Outlet except for the one that was built into the lighting fixture up above. Smoke detector was in hallway to the bedrooms however was not operational. Metal awnings along the west side of the house are not properly secured and flap in the Wind. Will move to notice of violation |
