WATER SPICKET BARELY ACCESSIBLE DUE TO STUCCO WORK OVER THE FIXTURE. WORK HAS CONTINUED ON GARAGE FACE, BUILT TO THE PROPERTY LINE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED ADDITION ON THE NORTH SIDE IS BEING MODIFIED. ADDED ELECTRICAL AS WELL AS LIVING QUARTERS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE CARPORT ADDITION. ADDED ELECTIRCAL, KITCHEN FACILITY AND BATHROOM. ALSO NEW ELECTRICAL PANEL INSTALLED ON THE SOUTH WALL OF THE CARPORT ADDITION. BOX IS NOT SECURED PROPERLY. INTERIOR OF MAIN STRUCTURE, ELECTRIC WATER HEATER INSTALLED IN THE CLOSET SUSPENDED AND BRACED WITH CHAINS. ELECTRICAL CONNECTION TO THE WATER HEATER IS NOT SECURED. WATER LINES AND ELECTRICAL ADDED IN THE HALL CLOSET FOR WASHER AND DRYER NO WIRED SMOKE DETECTORS SEEN IN THE UNIT MAIN BATH HAS ADDED PLUMBING FIXTURES KITCHEN COUNTER IS NOT SECURED TO THE WALL. KITCHEN PEE TRAP IS A PLASTIC FLEX PIPE. LARGE HOLES IN THE WALL FOR WATER LINES MISSING ELECTRICAL OUTLET ALONG THE KITCHEN SINK WALL. POSTED STOP WORK ORDER |
