The supervisor Martin Romero called to have the case checked. Arrived and the unit has no hot water due to the building has no gas due to leaks in the line. The stove is gas and also not working. SWG has removed the gas at the meter for the building and appears to the line is not holding pressure. The complex has a contractor already set to do a line test tomorrow. Inspector Goodman has already been on site for the same issues for the building and the case will be referred to. T18DV02567. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
