At the bay window they have made a hole in the drywall where the wood siding is lacking. Did call the owner and not able to leave a message. Are able to see through the hole where someone is staying in the house and has food in the area of the hole. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the area secured with plywood. Did bang on the doors in front and no one came out. The posting is still in the front of the carport and all the other openings are secured. Still has the piles of the trash and debris in the rear of the house and have talk to the helping the owner. Will check in 20 days. RV.
05/29/2018 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up VIDAL Approved Entered by VIDAL - The house is vacant and secured but found one one window broken and the plywood has been pulled off. Did have someone cleaning the property and making a pile in the rear of the house. They are bringing a truck to haul the trash and debris to the landfill. Did find a peice of plywood and was able to cover the broken window to have the property secured. Will check in 10 days. RV.
