The unit is vacant and secured. The management has not been in contact with the tenant since the vacating the unit. The posting is still in place. The management is in the process of evicting the tenant from the unit and no work has been done to make repairs to the unit. The carpet has been extracted and no water in the unit. At this time the case will be closed. No other damage was done to the unit since the last inspection. Violaton Abated, Close Case. RV. |
