Arrived and the units still on site and removing water as much at they can. The water was coming from the ceilings from the upper unit. Appears that the toilet overflowed or the shower was left on. The electrical was turned off at the interior panel due to the amount of water dripping from the ceiling. The paint was bubbling in several areas in the bathroom ceiling and walls. The smoke detector and the light fixture in the closet had water dripping through the fixtures. The tenant was on site when fire showed and left the site once they arrived. She went to stay with her Ex husband. The unit was posted Do Not Enter due to the electrical being turned off and the water damage. The management and the maintenance showed to the site and had the unit secured. The manager signed the paperwork. RV. |
