05/09/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved UPON ARRIVING AT THE UNIT, FOUND A SIGN ON THE FRONT DOOR THAT THE BROKEN WINDOW WOULD BE REPLACED TODAY.
WE WERE ALLOWED IN BY THE OCCUPANT MRS. SANTANA, FINDINGS AS FOLLOWS:
>CEILING IN THE BATHROOM IS DRIPPING WATER AND IS WET TO TOUCH. POSSIBLE LEAK FROM ABOVE.
>BATHROOM SINK IS PRESENTLY DRY BUT DOES SHOW SIGNS OF BEING WET EVIDENCECED BY RUST ON HER BELONGINGS BELOW AND DELAPIDATED WOOD ON THE FLOOR OF THE CABINET. DID NOT FIND A/C UNIT LEAKING OR THE KITCHEN SINK LEAKING
05/08/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved VISITED SITE WITH INSPECTOR VINDIOLA, KNOCKED ON DOOR SEVERAL TIMES BUT RECEIVED NO ANSWER. LEFT BUSINESS CARD ON THE FRONT DOOR. MET WITH MANAGER ASKED SHE GET WINDOW FIXED RIGHT AWAY. INFORMED MANAGER THAT OCCUPANT WAS NOT HOME AND WE WOULD BE BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY.
