Front door was a letter from management stating they would be at her unit today to repair the broken window. Showed us into the unit where she had a concern of the sheetrock above her shower basin where she claimed that water was leaking from unit above. Then showed us to bathroom under sink where again she claimed of leaking. At this time did not see pipe wet or wood underneath trap wet. This same claim went for sink in kitchen area and again did not see anything wet at this time. Made contact with manager who stated the window should be repaired within 2 hours. Advisor of the impending notice of violation for the ceiling and bathroom and for her to check the two sinks will move to notice of violation | |
