Visited the site and found the pool 3/4 full with the water green and found weeds and dead grass vegetation in excess of 6" in height in the front and rear, also at the curbside ROW. Front wrought iron gate has no operating mechanisms. Front door secured. Front gate secured. Rear gate jammed so I could not open. |
