Arrived on site and found a pink donation bin located on the northeast side of the property. Went into business and spoke to owner who states she is the one that called in. She has to deal with people breaking into the container and putting all the content throughout her parking lot. She has called the donation bin number six times in the last year with no relief. Will move to notice of violation and will also call the number on the donation bin to have it removed. Called and spoke to an operator who took down my name and number. Will move to Nov |
