04/08/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The property is vacant and secured. The front yard and the exterior side yard has been cleared and cleaned at this time. The ramada has been removed in the rear yard. The family is still cleaning the rear yard and will be placing the vehicles in the rear yard once the property has been cleaned. Will not be able to see the vehicles from the street or alley once they are moved into the rear yard. Will check in 10 days and if not completed will do the citation. RV.
01/29/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The property is vacant and secured. Not able to enter into the property due to the gates are locked. Was able to see that the property still needs to be cleaned. Did take pictures for the citation. Did talk to the owners daughter and the owners has died. Did talk to the husband and went over what needs to be done to have the property in compliance. Did let them know that if not done this week that a citaion will be issued. Will check in 10 days. RV.
10/24/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Not able to enter the property and nothing has been done. Did make contact with the owner and was not aware of the issues on the property. Did go over the issues and she will address the issues. Will check in 14 days. RV.
07/26/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved No one home and was able to look around the property. Found trash and debris through out, J.M.V.'s in the rear yard and has a wood frame porch that is weathered and falling down. Not able to see a pool. RV.
