Arrived on site and still no containers in sight for this property. Neighbor next door has containers in the front, and two properties across the street also has their containers in front yard. But, again no containers at this property with more trash and debris (garbage bags) alongside of the front of the house |

Arrived on site, and knocked on door and asked for the owner. A short time later he appeared in the doorway and I asked if he could step outside. he identified himself as Charles Rosier the owner of the property. I asked him if he had City of Tucson garbage service. He stated no he has not had service with the City of Tucson. I advised him that he has to have trash service with the City of Tucson because he resides in city limits. Advised him of the citation for the violation of not having trash service. He understood and signed the citation. Citation hand-delivered and signed 11/1/2018 |
