RICK H HAD ISSUED A 72 HR VACATE AND KEEP VACANT PLACARDS HOWEVER THEY HAVE BEEN REMOVED. NO TRESPASSING WAS ALSO PAINTED ON THE CULVERTS THEMSELVES. CLEAN UP WAS PUT TO GETHER WITH THE HELP OF TPD AND C/E AND TO BEGIN ON 4/24/18 | |
