Arrived on-site to this large parking lot. From photos dating back to 1998 showed the same parking lot. Compliant was one of the neighboring businesses parking lot changed over to a paid parking lot less than 6 months ago, before that it was just open parking. will get with the zoning department to see if we have a case on this particular lot |
